Qualifications

• CRCR Certification required within 6 months of hire (Company Paid).
• 1+ year of customer service experience; openness to innovation including AI.

Responsibilities

• Perform admission duties for patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Complete medical necessity/compliance checks and verify insurance information.
• Explain general consent forms and provide patient education materials.
• Utilize ABN software to inform Medicare patients of potential non-payment.
• Audit and ensure accounts are accurate and report data to leadership.
