Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking entry-level Patient Access staff to support hospital-based services in Greenville, SC. You will verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and ensure smooth registration for patient visits, while delivering compassionate service to patients and families.

On-site role offering bonus incentives, tuition reimbursement, and paid certifications. Candidates must reside in the U.S. and have a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED.
• Required Certifications: CRCR within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assign MRNs, complete medical necessity/compliance checks, collect insurance info, and process physician orders with care and accuracy.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for calls and inquiries.
• Adhere to policies and provide excellent customer service with appropriate compassion.
• Meet point of service goals and support POS collections.
