Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an entry-level Patient Access Specialist to support admissions and patient flow at the on-site location in Greenville, SC. You will handle pre-registration, insurance data, and patient education while delivering compassionate service.

The position requires a High School Diploma/GED and CRCR certification within 6 months. A background in customer service and willingness to embrace AI-driven process improvements are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR Certification required within 6 months of hire (company paid).
• 1+ year of customer service experience; willingness to innovate including AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform admission duties for all patients admitted for services.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and relay calls.
• Adhere to policies and provide compassionate customer service.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographic/insurance data.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures.
