Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services.
• Meet mission, goals, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Follow organizational policies and processes across the organization.
• Assign accurate MRNs, complete medical necessity checks, collect insurance information, and process physician orders.
• Utilize an overlay tool while providing excellent customer service as measured by Press Ganey.
• Operate the telephone switchboard to relay calls and maintain professional compassion.
• Support point-of-service goals and ensure accurate auditing and reporting.
