Responsibilities

• Admit patients and assign MRNs; verify demographics and insurance; collect information and explain forms.
• Operate the switchboard handling calls with compassion and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with policies and achieve POS goals.
• Support audits and reporting to maintain clean claim rates and accurate accounts.
• Pre-register patient accounts including inbound/outbound calls for demographics and financial information.
• Explain consent forms and distribute required patient education documents.
