Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• CRCR

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and assign MRNs, verify eligibility and collect insurance information.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and handle calls professionally.
• Explain consent forms and provide patient education documents.
• Assist with POS and work to maintain clean claims rate through data accuracy.
• Pre-registration of patient accounts and collection of demographic/insurance data.
