Ensemble Health Partners seeks an entry-level Patient Access Specialist for an on-site position at Ardent - UT Health Pittsburg in Pittsburg, TX. Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• CRCR certification to be obtained within 6 months of hire (company paid).
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Admitting duties for all patients admitted for services.
• Assign MRNs and conduct basic eligibility/compliance checks.
• Gather and verify insurance information and collect patient data.
• Process physician orders and use overlay tool while delivering excellent service.
• Explain and obtain necessary signatures on consent forms and provide patient education materials.
• Screen medical necessity using ABN software and ensure proper documentation.
