Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification required within 6 months of hire (company paid).
• Willingness to learn and adapt with new technologies, including AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle admitting duties for patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Assign MRNs, verify medical necessity and insurance information.
• Process physician orders and pre-register patient accounts.
• Explain and obtain signatures on consent forms and important patient documents.
• Support Point of Service collections and POS workflows to aid clean claim rate.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and maintain excellent customer service.
