• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and perform admitting duties.
• Assist with insurance verification and data entry.
• Explain forms and gather signatures.
• Provide excellent customer service and support POS collections.
• Adhere to policies and ensure accurate auditing and reporting.
