Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register and admit patients, assign MRNs, verify insurance and collect demographics.
• Provide patient instructions and collect payer information for POS collections.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents.
• Screen for medical necessity using ABN software and ensure compliance.
• Support POS and billing processes to help maintain a clean claim rate.
