Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls.
• Provide patient instructions and collect insurance information with accuracy and empathy.
• Support POS (Point of Service) collections and billing processes to help maintain a clean claim rate.
• Conduct pre-registration of patient accounts and obtain demographic and insurance details.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents as required.
