Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for patients, assign MRNs and check eligibility.
• Collect insurance information and patient demographics for registration.
• Explain consent forms and educate patients on required documents.
• Assist with POS collections and follow audit standards.
• Coordinate calls and maintain courteous customer service.
• Support compliance checks and ensure accurate data entry.
