• Ability to diffuse angry customers and handle pressure with excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, registration, insurance and payer eligibility management and financial screening activities.
• Support physician and hospital operations while delivering a caring message in a streamlined, transparent and cohesive process.
• Navigate complex regulatory requirements and operate across multiple information systems to support the access experience.
• Manage patient financial engagement and contribute to the revenue cycle for UVM Medical Center.
