Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI to improve processes and experiences.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (Company Paid)

Responsibilities

• Handle patient access during admission processes and collect required information.
• Operate the hospital phone switchboard and route calls professionally.
• Explain and distribute patient education documents and consent forms.
• Review eligibility and enter benefit data to support POS and billing.
• Pre-register patient accounts and communicate payment obligations and options.
