• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and assign MRNs, collect insurance information, and verify medical necessity / compliance checks.
• Operate the hospital telephone switchboard to relay calls and coordinate with care teams.
• Explain and obtain signatures on consent and patient education documents.
• Support point-of-service collections and billing processes to help maintain a clean claim rate.
• Conduct audits and provide data to leadership to improve patient access processes.
