Responsibilities

• Admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Collect insurance information, receive and process physician orders, and provide patient instructions.
• Use an overlay tool and maintain excellent customer service with compassion.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for internal and external calls.
• Support point-of-service goals and ensure accurate account audits and reporting.
