Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor to oversee the patient access/pre-access team on-site in Miami, FL. You will ensure efficient workflows, monitor KPIs, and coach staff while aligning with client needs and regulatory standards.

The role requires bilingual ability, leadership experience, and a background in registration, scheduling, and hospital billing. On-site presence is essential and travel may be required as business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and coach teams in a healthcare setting.
• Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of registration, insurance, scheduling, and hospital billing processes.
• Experience using AI to enhance processes and team management.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily patient access/pre-access operations to meet revenue cycle goals.
• Manage scheduling, monitor KPIs, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coach staff, provide performance feedback, and resolve complex issues.
• Lead onboarding and ongoing staff development initiatives.
• Coordinate across departments and with clients to optimize front-end processes.
• Participate in staff evaluations and attendance tracking.
