Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Supervisor for Patient Access at the Minneapolis facility. You will oversee registration processes, coordinate staff, and ensure timely pre-registration duties while maintaining high service standards for patients and providers.

This on-site role requires 2–3 years of supervisory healthcare experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Office. You will report to Patient Access Leadership and contribute to ongoing process improvements and metrics

Qualifications

• 2-year or 4-year degree required; healthcare experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare or business field preferred.
• Strong leadership, analytical ability, and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates registration duties and ensures daily completion of pre-registration tasks.
• Provides staff training and monitors daily productivity with feedback.
• Tracks department performance with reports on metrics like wait times and service levels.
• Schedules staff, minimizes overtime while maximizing productivity.
• Leads upfront collection process tracking and coaching as needed.
• Participates in on-call rotation and supports staffing during peak periods.
• Develops and refines department processes and procedures.
