Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients for clinical services and verify insurance.
• Obtain copies of insurance cards, driver’s license, and referrals.
• Explain Consent for Treatment, Financial Liability, and HIPAA; obtain signed forms.
• Instruct patients to complete required questionnaires.
• Schedule and manage follow-up appointments; record no-shows accurately.
• Answer calls and respond to questions or transfer as needed.
