Providence is seeking a Patient Admissions Coordinator to join the Revenue Cycle Business Services team in Fullerton, CA. The role is full-time, day shift, on-site, supporting on-site registration and financial clearance for both scheduled and unscheduled visits.

Under the PAS supervisor/manager, you will greet patients, collect demographic and insurance information, and ensure timely, accurate documentation in line with regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration is preferred.
• 3 years experience within Patient Access of Business office setting.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• 3 years utilization of medical terminology in job setting.
• Knowledge in medical billing codes.
• 1 year knowledge of Epic Applications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival process for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete registration with accurate demographics and insurance information; collect patient liability when known.
• Perform financial clearance functions on assigned scheduled accounts and ensure compliance.
