Providence is seeking a Patient Admissions Coordinator for full-time, evening, on-site work. The role supports on-site registration, arrival processes, and financial clearance for both scheduled and unscheduled visits.

You will gather demographic and insurance information and collect patient liability when applicable, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Under the PAS supervisor, you’ll greet patients professionally, adhere to compliance requirements, and contribute to a positive patient

Qualificações

• Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration.
• 3 years of experience within Patient Access of Business office setting.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• 3 years of Utilization of medical terminology in job setting.
• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• Knowledge of Epic Applications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits.
• Complete demographic, insurance information, and patient liability collection at time of service.
• Perform financial clearance on assigned scheduled accounts and ensure regulatory compliance.
