Competenze

• Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration.
• 3 years of experience in Patient Access in a business office setting.
• Experience with insurance eligibility systems.
• 3 years of utilization of medical terminology in job setting.
• Knowledge of medical billing codes.
• 1 year of knowledge of Epic Applications.

Mansioni

• Assist patients during on-site registration and arrival for scheduled and unscheduled visits; complete financial clearance functions.
• Collect accurate demographic and insurance information; obtain patient liability at time of service.
• Greet patients professionally and ensure accurate documentation per regulatory requirements.
