Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI to improve processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately and pre-register before visits.
• Collect demographics, insurance info, and verify eligibility.
• Explain consent forms and patient education documents to patients or guardians.
• Operate the hospital switchboard and provide excellent service as measured by Press Ganey.
• Ensure accurate medical necessity checks and support POS and billing processes.
