Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to join our on-site Lima, OH team in a PRN role. The position pays $17.00–$18.15 per hour based on experience and requires a High School Diploma/GED plus 1+ year of customer service experience.

You will handle admitting duties, insurance information, and POS collections while delivering compassionate service. CRCR certification must be completed within 9 months of hire (company paid).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Inquisitive and open to innovation including AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity checks.
• Collect insurance information and pre-register patient accounts.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures.
• Review eligibility and enter benefit data to support POS and billing.
