Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Patient Access Specialist to perform admitting duties on-site, handle insurance verification, and ensure accurate patient data. You will collect demographics, explain forms, and provide excellent service while meeting regulatory standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year of customer service, and CRCR certification within 9 months of hire (company paid). Starting pay is $17+ per hour, with benefits and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid).
• 1+ year of customer service experience; willingness to innovate with AI.

Responsabilités

• Register patients and assign MRNs accurately per policy.
• Verify eligibility, collect insurance and demographic data.
• Explain forms, obtain signatures, and provide patient education.
• Operate switchboard and handle inbound/outbound calls with empathy.
• Support point-of-service collections and accurate audit data.
• Pre-register patient accounts before visits and ensure compliance.
