Cummins Inc. is seeking a talent for an onsite Service Parts Associate in Oak Creek, WI. You will handle parts counter duties, assist customers, process transactions, and work with internal teams to source parts efficiently.

The role requires strong customer service, basic Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Forklift experience is preferred and the position is 9AM-5:30PM, Monday through Friday, with 100% on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate forklift.
• Experience in parts counter or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch parts in the local branch.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and process transactions.
• Upsell supporting products and services to customers where appropriate.
• Source and locate complex parts requests using catalogs and systems.
• Manage stock levels, warehouse activities, and related duties as required.
