Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist distribution customers, technicians, and parts staff to secure needed parts.
• Process calls, greet customers, and handle walk-ins with accurate paperwork and payments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock, shipping/receiving, and warehouse duties.
• Collaborate with technicians to locate parts efficiently and upsell where appropriate.
• Operate forklift and WAVe when required and support front counter duties as needed.
