Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Medical Assistant for part-time, onsite work. You’ll support providers, help patients feel welcome, and keep daily clinic operations running smoothly while learning new skills in a friendly team.

No MA certification is required; we offer two weeks of paid training, scrubs, and benefits. Expect travel between assigned clinics, light administrative tasks, and a collaborative, patient-focused environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 documented externship hours.
• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certification preferred but not required.
• Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document manual vital signs.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed by providers.
• Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls.
• Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
• Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Travel between assigned clinics to provide coverage.
