SynergenX | Low T Center | HerKare in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Medical Assistant to support providers, manage patient flow, and help keep daily clinic operations smooth and welcoming at every visit.

No MA certification is required; we offer two weeks of paid, hands-on training. This full-time, onsite role includes travel between clinics as needed and compensation of $19 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three months of relevant medical experience or 180 externship hours.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required.
• Venipuncture and injection experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and patient service skills.
• Ability to adapt to different clinic teams and workflows.
• Willingness to travel between clinics within the assigned region.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document manual vital signs.
• Perform venipuncture and administer injections as directed by providers.
• Complete laboratory testing, specimen preparation, and documentation.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and quality controls.
• Complete inventory counts and assist with supplies.
• Support front desk operations as needed.
• Follow HIPAA, safety standards, and clinic policies.
• Travel between assigned clinics to provide coverage.
