Job summary

SynergenX Health Holdings LLC is hiring a Medical Assistant for a full-time role in our Knoxville clinics. No certification is required to apply; two weeks of paid training are provided to learn our patient-care processes and workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 months of relevant medical experience or externship.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings and Saturdays.
• Must successfully complete a routine criminal background check.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required.
• Experience with venipuncture and injections is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take and document vital signs and patient information.
• Perform routine blood draws and venipuncture.
• Administer injections as directed by the provider.
• Support front desk operations when needed.
• Maintain lab equipment and assist with on-site tests.
• Prepare exam rooms and stock supplies.
• Build positive relationships with patients and teammates.
• Learn clinic processes during paid training.
