Responsibilities

• Act on behalf of supervisor to set priorities and resolve administrative problems.
• Schedule, organize, and operate complex conferences, seminars, and events within budget.
• Prepare documents and correspondence; edit and verify information for presentations, course materials, grants, and reports.
• Plan calendars, resolve conflicts, and arrange travel per policies.
• Create complex reports/spreadsheets using specialized software; monitor and reconcile budgets.
• Coordinate maintenance, office moves, and minor renovations.
