Job summary

Crafty’s Chicago-based Food & Beverage Associates serve as the face of our on-site Concierge pantry program, leading client-site execution and supporting merchandising, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.

This high-energy, full-time on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, serving one Chicago client with strong emphasis on organization, teamwork, and superior service quality.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client offices, kitchens, pantries and rotate stock.
• Customer service: engage with clients and Crafty team onsite to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: maintain machines (coffee, kegerators), perform quality checks and manage inventory.
• Communication: report location needs or safety concerns and complete pre/post route paperwork.
