Job summary

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates in Seattle manage on-site pantry operations, merchandising, and client service for a fast-paced corporate environment. You will handle inventory, equipment upkeep, and daily task execution with a focus on accuracy and safety.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm PT, and involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds. A team-first attitude and reliable, autonomous work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to download and use Crafty app on a mobile device.
• Strong client-facing service mindset and proactive communication are essential.
• Ability to maintain organized spaces, inventories, and product rotations with accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual with consistent work ethic and accountability.
• Willingness to adapt to changing site needs and provide constructive input.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client kitchens and pantries, organize storage, rotate products.
• Customer Service: engage with clients onsite, deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: service machines, perform quality checks, complete inventories.
• Communication: report site needs, safety concerns, and complete paperwork accurately.
