Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with drawings.
• Review contractor documentation including cost, budgets, and subcontracts.
• Prepare project status and risk assessment reports and advise on fund releases.
• Evaluate cost budgets and coordinate with Cost Advisory for estimates.
• Comment on terms of construction agreements and ensure qualifications are current.
• Oversee large schedules, permits, and regulatory approvals.
