Job summary

AFG Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Construction Management Representative to provide full-time onsite construction management support for a National Park Service historic rehabilitation project in Anniston, Alabama.

The CMR will act as the Government's eyes and ears in the field, monitor activity, document issues, and communicate with all stakeholders. Ideal candidates have 20+ years in CM/Owner's Rep roles, strong documentation skills, and fluency with CM tools.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in construction management or owner's rep roles.
• 0
• Experience as Owner's Representative on complex projects.
• Experience with historic preservation/construction.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, schedules, RFIs.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time onsite construction management and field representation.
• Observe conformance to drawings, specs, and contract requirements.
• Prepare daily construction reports, photos, and field records.
• Identify and track construction deficiencies and corrective actions.
• Review RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Support progress meetings and meeting minutes.
