Job summary

Planate Management Group seeks an experienced Construction Management Representative to provide full-time on-site CM services for a DoD-related project in Anniston, Alabama. You will oversee progress, document results, manage submittals, RFIs, and payments, and support contract changes.

Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering is required, with at least three years of CM experience and OSHA 30 training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of three years of professional construction experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply contracts, plans, drawings, and specs.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training completed.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and document weekly progress meetings with Government and Contractor teams.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety compliance through daily logs and reports.
• Review payrolls, payment requests, submittals, and RFIs for accuracy and compliance.
• Support contract changes, negotiations, and closeout documentation.
