Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking a Construction Management Representative to provide on-site CM services for the Denver Service Center project in Anniston, Alabama. Responsibilities include oversight, documentation, cost estimation, schedule analysis, QA support, submittals and RFIs, and closeout tasks.

Requires a degree in CM or engineering and 3+ years of construction management experience. Position is full-time and contingent on contract award, with an anticipated ~1-year period of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or any engineering discipline.
• Minimum of three (3) years of professional construction experience.
• Read, interpret, and apply construction contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Training completed.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, MS Project and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Arrange, attend, facilitate, and document weekly progress meetings and inspections.
• Document safety meetings and maintain timely progress notes.
• Observe construction progress and ensure conformance with contract documents and codes.
• Prepare daily reports with photos and captions; manage logs in CM software.
• Review payrolls, progress payments, submittals, and RFIs; assist in negotiations.
• Support contract changes, closeout activities, and dispute resolution.
