Job summary

EY is seeking an Onsite Field Support Engineer – OT to ensure site readiness, coordinate infrastructure, onboard assets, validate deployments, troubleshoot issues, document activities, and support transition to steady-state operations in industrial OT environments.

The role requires broad infra and networking skills, hands-on execution, and strong collaboration with site personnel, engineering teams, vendors, and remote support organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• 5+ years of field support, infrastructure or implementation experience.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Ability to travel and support onsite implementation activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Support site onboarding, readiness, and deployment activities for OT environments.
• Assist with network/infrastructure validation and troubleshooting.
• Safe onboarding of OT assets and documentation updates.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and site personnel.
