Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to guide patients through rehabilitation, focusing on restoring movement after injury or surgery. Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT).
• No disciplinary actions on license.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Ability to develop and execute customized exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR software (WebPT preferred).

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial assessments to identify goals and create tailored care plans.
• Manage a patient caseload with focused, one-on-one treatment.
• Use evidence-based interventions to improve ROM and mobility while minimizing meds or surgery.
• Design and implement comprehensive plans using diverse modalities.
• Document interactions and outcomes in EMR accurately.
