Our practice is dedicated to individualized patient care, operating from a state-of-the-art 5000 square foot facility designed for sports medicine. As a privately owned practice, we prioritize quality over quantity and focus primarily on patients holding private medical insurance. We have cultivated a close-knit team of professionals, including two physical therapists and one PTA, who work together to deliver exceptional therapy services.

Work Environment

This position is located onsite at our modern facility, which features advanced equipment and therapeutic modalities to support patient recovery. The work environment is designed to foster a collaborative and supportive atmosphere, focusing on enhanced patient outcomes through teamwork and communication. Your standard work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify each patient’s personal goals and treatment requirements, creating a tailored care plan that addresses their unique needs.
• Manage a patient caseload ensuring quality care that includes treating one patient per hour, allowing for focused interaction and effective therapy.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies aimed at improving patients' range of motion and functional mobility while minimizing the use of medications or surgical procedures.
• Design and execute comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a variety of modalities and therapeutic techniques based on the latest evidence.
• Create personalized fitness and wellness programs to promote long-term health benefits and support recovery.
• Deliver dedicated one-on-one patient care that motivates individuals to fully engage in their rehabilitation process, enhancing their recovery experience.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress regularly to adjust treatment plans as needed, ensuring optimal recovery trajectories.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided meticulously, maintaining accurate records in compliance with clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of our practice is primarily on orthopedic cases, involving patients recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal health. You will work closely with individuals of diverse ages and backgrounds, tailoring treatments to help them regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications

• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT).
• An exemplary professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
