Job summary

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The role involves evaluating patients, designing personalized treatment programs, and using manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to restore motion and function.

You will collaborate with physicians and staff, maintain detailed records, and participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong manual therapy skills.
• Experience designing individualized exercise protocols.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (WebPT or similar).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify goals and needs and design personalized therapy plans.
• Manage a patient caseload with focused, one-hour sessions.
• Utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and function.
• Develop evidence-based care plans to improve ROM and reduce need for surgery.
• Document care, outcomes, and progress notes for high-quality records.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists for comprehensive care.
• Motivate patients to adhere to fitness and wellness programs.
• Promote lifestyle changes focused on strength, flexibility, balance and coordination.
