Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is seeking a passionate and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Pompano Beach, Florida. As a full-time member of our practice, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journey, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Your expertise in physical therapy will be instrumental in diagnosing, treating, and evaluating a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions is a leading private physical therapy practice, primarily serving individuals with private medical insurance. We are a PT-owned organization committed to providing exceptional care in a state-of-the-art 5,000 square feet sports medicine facility. Our small, collaborative team comprises two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), creating an environment where every team member can contribute to enhancing the well-being of our patients.

Work Environment

This position is based in an onsite setting, specifically our home care facility, where you will work closely with patients in a supportive and well-equipped environment. Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing our therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering high-quality care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand and document patients' goals, needs, and privacy concerns, developing individualized care plans based on these assessments.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, typically treating one patient per hour to ensure personalized attention and quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to improve patients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Continuously evaluate treatment progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve the best outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress meticulously in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, specifically using WebPT.
• Work collaboratively with your team and refer to other healthcare professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care and support to each patient.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle changes by promoting strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through personalized fitness and wellness programs.
• Actively motivate and educate patients throughout their treatment process to enhance their understanding and commitment to their health journey.
• Explore cost-effective alternatives to surgical interventions, focusing on rehabilitation techniques that empower patients to manage their conditions more effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on outpatient orthopedic cases, with patients presenting a variety of conditions such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain syndromes, and mobility limitations. This role requires a commitment to understanding each patient's unique circumstances and working collaboratively to restore their functionality while improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate (MPT/DPT) in Physical Therapy is required.
• Must hold a valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
• A clear professional record with no disciplinary actions associated with your licensure.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques alongside an ability to develop and implement individualized exercise protocols.
• Prior experience within outpatient orthopedic settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in managing a patient caseload efficiently while delivering high-quality personalized care.
• Experience with developing comprehensive treatment plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities.
