Lakeland Care Solutions in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients, design personalized plans, and implement interventions to promote recovery and mobility.

This onsite role offers a supportive team, a modern Rehabilitation Center, and opportunities to work across orthopedic, neuro, pediatric and sports rehab with a focus on evidence-based care and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist; DPT preferred.
• Minimum of two years clinical experience.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Passion for building relationships with clients and recovery goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations to determine rehab needs.
• Design and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Administer evidence-based interventions for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports injuries.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize care.
• Document progress and meet utilization goals.
