Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify individual goals and needs, designing personalized therapy plans accordingly.


• Manage a patient caseload that typically involves treating one patient per hour, ensuring focused and individualized care.


• Utilize various treatment techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to enhance mobility and functional movement.


• Develop and implement evidence-based care plans that aim to improve range of motion and diminish the need for surgical interventions.


• Document all aspects of patient care, treatment outcomes, and progress notes meticulously to maintain high-quality patient records.


• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and specialists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.


• Encourage and motivate patients throughout therapy sessions to adhere to their fitness and wellness programs.


• Promote lifestyle changes that positively impact physical health, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
