Job summary

Tx Systems Inc. in San Diego is seeking a full-time Order Processing specialist to join our team. This on-site role focuses on processing and shipping orders, data entry, and supporting shipping logistics and accounts tasks as they grow.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience with order processing and a customer-service mindset is valued.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory control; Shopify and PayPal a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic; teachable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete orders and shipping via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Freight.
• Process and ship International orders, prepare commercial invoices and handle tariff claims.
• Prepare shipping quotes, track and report freight and delivery schedules to customers.
• Assist in additional administrative support such as scanning, emailing, or filing documents.
• Maintain and manage inventory control and monthly reconciliation.
