Tx Systems Inc. in San Diego is seeking a full-time Order Processing specialist to join our team. This on-site role focuses on processing and shipping orders, data entry, and supporting shipping logistics and accounts tasks as they grow.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Experience with order processing and a customer-service mindset is valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and complete orders and shipping via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and Freight.
• Process and ship International orders, prepare commercial invoices and handle tariff claims.
• Prepare shipping quotes, track and report freight and delivery schedules to customers.
• Assist in additional administrative support such as scanning, emailing, or filing documents.
• Maintain and manage inventory control and monthly reconciliation.

Tx Systemsis looking for a full-time person to fill an Order Processing position on our team.

Tx Systems is a leading provider of smart card technology solutions for Multifactor Authentication and Cyber Security applications utilized in various industries for identity and access management security.

The ideal candidate will have a great attitude, the ability to multi-task, and most importantly be detail-oriented.Must possess a good work ethic, be teachable and motivated, well-spoken with a drive to grow within the company.This position will focus on Order Processing, Shipping Logistics, Data Entry and will advance into some Accounts Receivable/Payable and Bookkeeping tasks.In addition, the position will require the candidate to assist with a variety of job responsibilities within the company such as customer service and administrative support.

This job is on-site, no remote potential.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Knowledge of inventory control, Shopify and Paypal a plus but not required
• Working knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Strong work ethic, must be teachable, have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience with online shipping and order processing
• Excellent verbal (phone) and written (email) communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and good attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work independently
• Data entry, advance AR/AP, bookkeeping tasks experience is a plus
