Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a client in the San Diego area to identify qualified Order Entry Specialists for an upcoming opportunity. This full-time, on-site role offers a stable Monday-Friday schedule and a temp-to-hire path.

Candidates must be highly accurate with 60+ WPM typing, 10-key by touch, and experience handling high-volume orders. Data entry skills and strong attention to detail are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 60+ WPM with high accuracy.
• Strong 10-key by touch experience.
• Experience in data entry, order entry or administrative support.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform in a repetitive, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders and sales orders.
• Enter orders accurately into the company database.
• Review handwritten and electronic order documentation for accuracy.
• Verify shipping instructions, payment terms, and customer requirements.
• Process order updates, modifications, cancellations, and corrections as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales and teams regarding order/account information.
• Research and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain organized records and supporting documentation.
• Proofread completed orders before final processing.
• Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned.
