Job summary

Stryker is seeking a capable Team Lead to support surgical procedures and pre/postoperative equipment management in Seattle. You will guide daily operations, lead team huddles, and coordinate onboarding for new hires while ensuring OR efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Partner with cross-functional teams, manage billing and charge sheets, and apply data-driven insights to improve processes. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent equipment problem-solving skills.
• Maintain professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude required by Stryker and the medical facility.
• Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day function of the team to ensure OR efficiency and drive customer satisfaction.
• Direct and guide team operations; steer huddles and program management activities.
• Manage charge sheets and billing for the account.
• Onboard new hires and mentor staff; coordinate onboarding with Stryker and customer.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive account productivity and continuous improvement.
