Job summary

Envista's Orascoptic division is seeking an Optical Support Representative in Madison, WI. You will respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, troubleshoot optical issues, process orders in Oracle ERP, and contribute to revenue through timely, accurate service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service; optical background and ABO certification are preferred. The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple departments to resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service work experience.
• Experience serving international customers is highly preferred.
• Optical background is preferred.
• ABO certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails about orders, status, product information, or pricing.
• Monitor emails regularly to meet department goals and deliver excellent service.
• Process orders and complaints in Oracle ERP promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with logistics, regulatory, supply chain, and sales to resolve issues.
• Create and maintain customer accounts and participate in KPI meetings.
