Job summary

C.W. Wright Construction Company, LLC is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to join our South Chesterfield, VA office.

This full-time onsite role supports field operations with accurate recordkeeping, billing, and coordination between crews and corporate staff. The position starts at 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday, and includes a benefits package with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and other ancillary perks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Experience with ERP or accounting IT programs; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate timesheets and payroll documentation.
• Handle weekly T&M-based billing with proper documentation.
• Maintain daily crew location logs and absence/OT tracking.
• Invoice direct billable materials for T&M contracts.
• Coordinate site utilities with field supervisors.
• Assist in manpower and equipment reports and weekly utilization audits.
• Support division staff with daily operations and filing.
